Deposits
A 50% deposit is required within 7 days to hold your reservation. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reserved dates will be released for new rental if a deposit is not received.

Payment
Via e-mail, you will receive an invoice with instructions on how to send your payment. We accept payments by check.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation with 30 days notice: Full Refund
- Cancellation with 14 days notice: 50% Refund
- Cancellation with less than 14 days notice: No Refund
